  Horrible customer service experience overall. Their "Technician" Christine is rude and unprofessional. Never got any updates on the tv's we sent in for repair unless we called in to get the update. We were told, we are working on it, we will get back to you. Christine hung up on me mid sentence. The end result is they could not repair the Star trac tv we sent in. The tv has been down for months. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
