  I'm less than impressed with customer service. I called and a woman answered and asked how she could help me. Mid-question another voice started asking her a question and she put me on hold with no acknowledgement. I was on hold for over 10 minutes, then was sent to an "automated attendant" and finally a "general mailbox."
  
  For a high-end clothing store, no thank you.
  
  EDIT: Over the weekend, I did receive a call and an email solving my problem. While my initial customer experience was poor, I'm glad they were able to come up with a solution to my problem.
