  The busy staff is friendly and courteous. The dental office where the children are worked on is one big open room and very clean. My children are not afraid to go in by themselves. They dentists and dental assistants know how to handle children kindly and nicely, making them feel confident and unafraid. Sometimes you can wait a bit for your turn, but it is not an unreasonable wait. My three children have gone there for three years now. I am greatful the doctor takes our insurance. It is easy to get an emergency appointment when you need one, and a person always answers the phone instead of a machine wanting you to make a selection or leave a message. In response to the other review, the older equiptment does a good job, so why spend money changing it? This dentist has been treating children for a long time, and his experience is very valuable to me.
