  Called to see a certain style is available and was put on hold for 15 min and than hang up the phone. Called back 5 times with no answer. Very rude man answering the phone saying his out of stock before even knowing the model number. Will never bother again

  For anyone who shops here. Don’t let Arnold help you.
  
  He is the only reason I am giving it a 1 star and going above and beyond to make sure he gets reprimanded for how he treated me and probably other customers.
  
  I went in there the other day getting help from a young lady who was helping me find glasses that were similar to mine. I noticed the glasses she demonstrated didn’t come in the original case. Curious, I asked her if they were real and how come they did not come with a case since the one I currently had I got for a better price and at least got a case. There was no issue, I didn’t have any problem with her or the sunglasses but I was curious to know why. When all of a sudden Arnold, who happened to have heard our conversation loudly interjects her response by yelling “she didn’t need to explain anything to me” I’m not even joking, he started getting loud. Incredibly rude going on to say they apparently make the sunglasses in the store and continuing to go on about me asking her a simple question. I called him out on him being so rude, the young lady didn’t even know how to react because she was just as taken back and I just ended up leaving. I hope management reads this so they know what kind of person is representing their company. Maybe he was having an off day, regardless he shouldn’t treat anyone that way for simply asking a question. I can’t imagine how he treats his co workers.
