They charge high rates for UPS and send First Rate through the US Postal Service, nicely marking out the much lower amount they paid. No respect for businesses at all, they send things that are damaged, they add items that wasn't ordered, and they short you items. When you email to complain, 'they don't receive it'...when you call, they lie and pretend to be someone else. The verbal abuse we recv'd was HORRID! It amazes me that they are still in business with this act of abuse and scandal.
